We are looking for a new team member to join our strategic department, which manages, develops, and implements a document and process management platform using Odoo technology.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
What we are looking for
Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as an Odoo developer, is passionate about team work and collaboration, supports colleagues, and can meet targets and complete assigned tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Your role
You will: design new apps and modules within the Odoo framework (ensuring they remain consistent with the company’s product line and develop in line with new iterations); manage a technical team, facilitating and monitoring the correct completion of tasks during the development cycle and ensuring compliance with company standards; define and organise technical tasks, including the product development roadmap and customer network requirements; ensure that current versions of apps and modules function and develop correctly, monitoring and managing current versions within the customer network; coordinate requests from the customer helpdesk and turn them into operational issues for the technical team; help project managers define a product development roadmap and plan future activities.
